We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

             Detailed Refund Policy

1. Damages,wrong size,missing items and issues

  • For returns regarding wrong size, defective, missing items, or items significantly different from our store description, buyers should contact us within 30 days of receiving the items and send us an email along with relevant photos to support their claims. In the case of wrong size costumes resulting from our mistake, we will gladly make a new one at no additional cost.
  • However, if the issue is due to incorrect measurements provided by the buyers, AwwwCos cannot be held responsible. In such cases, buyers will be charged for a new costume at a discounted rate of 10%. Or if only size revisions are required, buyers must return the costume to us with prepaid return postage. We will then revise the costume free of charge.
  • If buyers wishes to return merchandise unilaterally without any valid reason, we supports no-reason returns within 15 days but does not cover shipping costs, which must be borne by the customer.
  • Please note that refunds will only be issued for the listing price of the item, excluding any shipping fees, once the package has been sent out from our company.

  • Buyers are responsible for returning the items in their original condition within 30 days of signing for the items. The return must be made at the buyer’s own expense and through registered mail. Please provide us with the tracking number of the return package after it's shipped.

  • The following items are excluded from being returned or exchanged:

    • Items that have been used or washed.
    • Items with a smell of cigarette or perfume.
    • Items with stains.
  • We value customer satisfaction and strive to provide the best service possible. Our return policy aims to address any issues promptly and fairly, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all.

2. Order Cancellations/Changes

  • Please carefully review your order before submitting as all costumes from AwwwCos are made according to our customers’ own measurements. If you realize a mistake has been made on a processed order, please email us within 24  hour of submitting the order. Please note that cancellations or changes can only be accommodated within this time frame.
  • For ready-to-ship items, we strive to send them out on the same day or the next day after purchase. In such cases, we will make every effort to locate the package and make any necessary changes. However, if the order has already been shipped or cannot be located in the shipping containers, AwwwCos will not be held responsible for any additional costs incurred in correcting the order.

3. Wrong Delivery Address

  • At AwwwCos, we ship all orders to the shipping address provided by our customers. It is the responsibility of the customers to ensure that they provide complete and accurate address information during the checkout process. In the event that any necessary shipping information is omitted or incorrect, AwwwCos will not be held responsible for any additional charges incurred in order to reship or retrieve a package.

4. Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items during our clearance or major sale promotions or gift cards.

5. Exchanges

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  • For the new item, we are pleased to offer you a 10% discount as a gesture of goodwill.

6. European Union 30 day cooling off period

  • Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

7. Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping

A: We offer worldwide shipping for all costumes available on our site. The delivery time depends on your country and chosen shipping method.
Step 1: For costume orders, our professional dressmakers typically require approximately 12-15 working days to customize the costume to your specifications.
Step 2: If you opt for standard shipping, we will utilize reliable carriers such as SF Express, Yun Express, or YANWEN. From our warehouse in China, it generally takes about 12-20 business days for the package to reach a US address, or approximately 15-30 business days for other European destinations.
Step 3: Alternatively, expedited shipping options like DHL or FedEx can be selected. With these services, you can expect delivery within approximately 3-5 business days to a US address or around 5-7 business days to other European addresses.

Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as flight cancellations or customs clearance procedures may cause potential delays beyond our control. However, rest assured that we are responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit. In such cases, kindly contact us via email (awwwcosoffice@gmail.com) within 30 days of receiving the package so we can promptly address and resolve the issue.

A: Please note that the delivery date of your costume may be subject to potential delays during holidays, such as Halloween or Christmas, as well as other festivals. Rest assured that we are working diligently to provide you with a delightful surprise costume.

Standard Shipping:
1: If the item is not in stock, Orders Arrangement (1-2 business days) + Tailoring (10-15 business days) + Quality Checking (0.5-1 business day) + Standard Shipment (12-20 business days) = Get Your Costumes (23-38 business days).
2: If the item is in stock, Orders Shipment Arrangement (1-3 business days) + Standard Shipment (12-20 business days) = Get Your Costumes (13-23 business days).

Expedited Shipping:
1: In case the item is not in stock, Orders Arrangement (1-2 business days) + Tailoring (10-15 business days) + Quality Checking (0.5-1 business day) + Expedited Shipment (3-7 business days) = Get Your Costumes (15-25 business days).
2: If the item is already in stock, Orders Shipment Arrangement (1-3 business days) + Expedited Shipment (3-7 business days) = Get Your Costumes (4-10 business days).

A: We can't guarantee you won't be charged since it is random. AwwwCos has no control over import charges and does not have responsibility for the package meeting local customs taxes. When ordering from our site, you are considered the importer and must responsible for the import tax or any additional charges. You should contact your local customs office for further information because custom policies are different from country to country.

A: All tracking numbers are activated in 24 hours in the database of the shipping companies. If you are not able to track your order when you get your tracking number, it may be because the delivery company has not processed it inside their database system yet. 3: Customized costumes cannot be refunded as our dressmaker begins customizing them within 2 days of receiving payment. Hence, cancellation is not possible. Please make your decision carefully.
