From our warehouse in China, it generally takes about 12-20 business days for the package to reach a US address, or approximately 15-30 business days for other European destinations.
Step 3: Alternatively, expedited shipping options like DHL or FedEx can be selected. With these services, you can expect delivery within approximately 3-5 business days to a US address or around 5-7 business days to other European addresses.

Step 1: We recommend hand washing your costume and allowing it to naturally air dry. Machine washing or dry cleaning is not recommended as it may cause damage.
Step 2: Before cleaning, please remove any metal accessories to avoid potential damage to the costume itself.
Step 3: To preserve the quality of your costume, avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, artificial light, and humidity. Additionally, prevent pieces with contrasting colors and different materials from coming into direct contact with each other.
Step 4: If your costume has a stain, we strongly advise against using a cleaning product or stain remover. Instead, promptly bring your piece to a professional cleaning service. Once the stain has been removed, remove the plastic cover and allow the costume to air out before storing it away.

Step 1: In the event that you receive a costume in the incorrect size, please first reach out to our seller. Ensure that you have checked the size chart provided beforehand.
Step 2: To facilitate resolution, measure your chest, waist, and hips while placing a tape measure against the costume. Take clear pictures of these measurements and send them to us within 72 hours of receiving the costume.

Step 1: If you receive damaged or incomplete costumes, please photograph both the received items and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery. It is important not to try on or use any damaged items.
Step 2: Contact us immediately with these photos so that we can address the situation appropriately.
Step 3: After confirming any missing items through our investigation process, we will either process a refund or arrange for resending of the missing item.
